The Website provides general information about Rolur and our interior, exterior, and commercial painting services. Website content is provided for general informational and marketing purposes and does not constitute a binding estimate, proposal, warranty, or agreement to perform services.

We try to keep the Website accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that every description, price reference, photograph, availability statement, or other item is complete, current, or error-free.

2. Estimate Requests

Submitting an estimate request does not create a contractor-client relationship, reserve a project date, or obligate either you or Rolur to proceed with a project.

Any preliminary information provided through the Website, by telephone, by email, or by text message is subject to inspection and verification. Final project scope, pricing, exclusions, schedule, payment terms, warranties, and other service terms will be stated in a separate written estimate, proposal, work authorization, or contract. If these Terms conflict with a signed project agreement, the signed project agreement controls for that project.

3. Painting Services

Actual colors, sheen, texture, coverage, and appearance may vary because of lighting, screen settings, surface condition, prior coatings, repairs, material differences, and other site-specific factors. Website photographs and color samples are illustrative only.

Additional preparation, repairs, coats, labor, materials, or services may be recommended or required after an in-person inspection or after concealed conditions are discovered. Any changes to an accepted project will be handled according to the applicable project agreement or written change order.

Service availability depends on project location, scope, scheduling, weather, material availability, and other factors. Rolur may accept or decline any project request in its discretion, subject to applicable law.

4. Communications

When you submit your contact information, you authorize Rolur to respond to your request by telephone, email, or text message using the contact information you provide.

If you separately opt in to receive recurring promotional text messages, consent is not a condition of purchasing services. Message frequency may vary, the maximum expected number of messages will not exceed 4 text messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Transactional communications relating to an active estimate or project may still be sent where permitted by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

This Website disclaimer does not eliminate any written warranty expressly included in a signed project agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rolur and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rolur’s total liability for claims arising solely from use of the Website will not exceed $100. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not replace the liability terms of a signed project agreement.

10. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rolur and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Website, your violation of these Terms, or information you submit through the Website.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising solely from these Terms or use of the Website will be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Salt Lake County, Utah, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
